GELATO
WE at MILANO follow the tradition of Italian gelato makers,
where fresh milk, egg yolk and the best raw materials such
as pistachios, hazelnuts, vanilla and many others play a leading
role. We serve the main flavors (chocolate, cream, hazelnut,
coffee, nougat, pistachio, and so on) all year long.
For our fruit sorbets we use one of the best Italian oligo-mineral
water, "SANTA CROCE" With very little sodium, nitrate and
residue it is easy to assimilate and helps regenerate the
cells in the human body: the best for our fruit sorbets. |
